|Grant Fields project
Tuesday, August 24th, 2010
So I’m involved in the Grant Fields project … the goal is to improve the quality of the soccer, football and lacrosse fields at Grant High School. They are mud pits for much of the playing season and this project would replace the muddy grass with synthetic turf fields, replace the Grant track, and add pedestrian lighting and hand rails. Long overdue! Much appreciation for Judy and Lloyd Lindley who have led this charge for years. It looks like the project will finally get going but money is needed. Donations accepted. Website visitable, click on one of the cards.

Russian constructivists graphic design …. these are my favorites. I love the strong powerful images. So emblematic of the era of war. The Cyrllic alphabet symbols seem more interesting than our standard Roman.
More Russian design.
